surprised how quickly you’ll grow to like the natural
taste of foods.

other beverage choices should be natural and calorie
free (green tea or natural vegetable juices).

will tell you exactly what it has to offer.

- Stay away from fast food
- Avoid fried food in general
- Foods high in fat are metabolism bombs and will
steal your energy

- No need to zoom past “satisfied” and “stuffed”. Slow
down and you’ll know when you have eaten enough.

chewing your food goes a long way in properly
metabolizing it.
- Do not eat butter that has salt or preservatives
added.
- Do not eat pre-packages dips and dressings, make
your own from healthy ingredients- it only takes
seconds to whisk together and its fresh!
