How do I care for 1 in the Oven clothing?

1 in the Oven soft apparel is delicate, just like your belly! Please wash in cold water, and dry on low (or air-dry). If desired, iron inside-out.

How do I care for Mayreau clothing?

Every Mayreau piece is machine washable-for best results, we recommend washing in cold water, delicate cycle with like colors, line dry.

Mayreau is made in the U.S.A.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order online anytime, call 1 in the Oven at (310) 922-8069 to place a phone order between 9am and 7pm PST.

When will my order be shipped and how can I check the status of my order?

You will receive confirmation e-mail letting you know we've received your order. Please allow 1 to 2 days for processing, and then your order will be shipped within the designated method you've chosen. If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail please call us at (310) 922-8069.

How can I do an exchange/return?

RETURNS:
You have 21 days from the date of shipping to receive a refund to your credit card, after which you will receive a store credit. Merchandise must be received back to our Los Angeles warehouse within 21 days, counting postal transit time from the date we ship it to you. Please note there are no exceptions to this 21 day rule. If the merchandise is received back to our LA warehouse within 21 days from the shipping date of your order, unworn with original tags attached we will refund your card - Less the cost of the return shipping.1 in the Oven/Mayreau does not pay for return shipping fees.

EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are treated as returns. To exchange your item for a different size or color please call or email us with your request or buy your new item on the web site. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will receive a refund for the item you send back once we receive it. We try to keep our website updated daily. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is backordered we will contact you to let you know. 1 in the Oven/Mayreau is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. 1 in the Oven/Mayreau is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 21 day return policy.

STORE CREDITS:
If you return your merchandise past the 21 day window you will receive an online credit good for online merchandise only. Once we process your return we will email you your credit code which is for merchandise only. You can not use your online credit towards shipping costs.

No, sorry we don't, but all of our clothing/jewels are available for viewing and purchasing online.
